$4M for Skaneateles village waterfront home: Plus 130 more Onondaga County home sales

The Onondaga County Clerk’s office registered 131 home sales during the week of Oct. 6 to 12.
The most expensive home on the list is a contemporary home on 1.65 acres of land. It has an unusual location, located inside the village of Skaneateles, but it’s also a waterfront property on the edge of Skaneateles Lake.
A real estate listing says the home has “good bones waiting to be reborn. Imagine opening up the rooms and creating an open floor plan, raising the ceiling height into the attic, and WOW, what a spectacular home you will have.” See photos of the home.
